Since joining the firm in February 2023, I've made a significant impact. With over eight years of accounting experience, I specialize in assisting businesses to identify, substantiate, and defend federal and state tax credits and incentives. I am the director of MGO’s National Tax Credits and Incentives practice where I specialize in unlocking unprecedented value for organizations by optimizing federal, state, and international tax credits and incentives, seamlessly managing the intricate 174 capitalization computation, and confirming that incentive programs are harmoniously aligned, resulting in maximum opportunities realized. I have helped hundreds of companies monetize and defend more than $100 million in various tax credits and incentives, such as the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credit, Orphan Drug Credit, Employee Retention Credit, meals and entertainment deduction, and the current Research and Experimental (R&E) amortization calculations. I have extensive experience in various industries, including software and technology, life sciences, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and food, beverage and agriculture businesses.
