Schedule A ConsultationAs chief operating officer (COO) for MGO, I am responsible for the leadership of the firm’s finance, information technology, human resources, and management functions, including driving the firm’s financial results and aligning operations with our strategic vision. I also established the Diversity Equality and Inclusion Committee and am a member of the firm’s Executive, Enterprise Risk and Privacy, and Client Acceptance Committees.
Previously, I was the lead client service partner for some of the largest assurance and advisory clients in the state of California, and the managing partner of our San Francisco Bay Area offices. I continue to serve select strategic clients as the lead client service partner.
I am passionate about mentoring aspiring professionals throughout the firm and through programs like UC Berkeley Chapter of Ascend and working with them in designing their individual professional journey.
Throughout my life, I’ve made a commitment to giving back to my community. As we launch MGO Cares to enhance our philanthropic efforts and initiatives, I am excited to be a part of an organization working to provide acts of service, support those in need, and foster financial education within the communities in which we serve.
