MGO joins forces with Hall & Company
Los Angeles, CA, January 18, 2021 – MGO LLP, one of the fastest growing CPA and Advisory Services firms in the nation, announced that it has combined with Irvine-based Hall & Company, Inc. The deal expands MGO’s growing specialty tax and advisory practices, while strengthening their position as a market leader in Orange County, California.
“We think this is a unique opportunity to combine the strengths and capabilities of Hall & Company with the power of MGO’s national platform,” said Bradford Hall, the Managing Director for Hall & Company. “Our firms have very similar cultures and we share a longstanding history of service in Orange County.”
Both firms have had a presence in the region for over 30 years, and the combination creates a team of more than 90 professionals who will serve clients in Orange County from the former Hall & Company office in Irvine.

The Irvine operation will be part of a network of 16 MGO offices in major economic centers across the US, as well as the firm’s Global Centers of Excellence in Delhi and Bangalore India. Following a brief transition period, the combined firms will go to market as one team under the MGO brand.
