I provide assurance solutions and review reports in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and professional auditing standards, and I work on planning and performing attestation engagements in accordance with GAAP, GAGAS, and Uniform Guidance.
In addition, I thrive on accounting and financial reporting matters surrounding complex transactions like public offerings, reverse mergers, debt and equity financings, share-based compensation, business combinations, and joint ventures. I enjoy helping you with government contract accounting issues and take responsibility for coordinating planning and reporting to achieve your specific delivery deadlines.
I am fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and I employ my leadership role in contributing to MGO’s business development efforts in Asia.
