I work with executive leadership, boards, and audit committees to understand where technology risks affect the business and which actions deserve priority. My approach connects technical findings with their financial and operational implications, helping leaders assign ownership and address control gaps.

For organizations adopting artificial intelligence (AI), I focus on governance that defines accountability, validates important outputs, and measures results against the intended business purpose.

I bring more than 20 years across finance, internal audit, and technology, including Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded organizations, and private equity-backed businesses. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the challenges that different organizations face as they balance regulatory expectations, evolving technology, and the growing need to build resilient operations.

My work has included leading global SOX compliance programs, supporting integrated audits, evaluating IT general controls (ITGCs) and ERP environments, conducting NIST-based cybersecurity assessments, and advising on enterprise risk management, privacy, SEC disclosure readiness, and SOC readiness. I also work closely with financial audit teams to evaluate their technology risks that could affect financial reporting and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR).

Before joining MGO, I held leadership positions with Allegion, CLA, Crowe, Elevance Health, Sears Holdings, and Walmart.
