I support state and local government entities through complex audits and advisory engagements. My background in applied mathematics and accounting enables me to navigate technically complex accounting operations and expansive general ledger structures with precision — and I have an unwavering dedication to translating that complexity into clear, actionable guidance for my clients.

I strive to understand how your organization’s processes work in practice, not just on paper. I work directly with stakeholders across departments to identify where inefficiencies and breakdowns occur. In many cases, I have helped my clients uncover that challenges stem not from technical limitations, but from communication gaps. By addressing both technical considerations and organizational dynamics, I develop practical recommendations that improve efficiency and strengthen internal coordination for the future.

My primary focus is on assurance, and I take great pride in leading teams that can execute large complex audits and deliver results within your deadlines. I also work on consulting projects where our teams begin with limited information and build tailored deliverables that provide lasting value. The trust earned through our attentive approach to our engagements has led many clients to reengage us for additional projects over multiple years.

I believe that high quality assurance and advisory services largely depend on three things: patience, attention to detail, and thorough planning. By investing the time upfront to plan properly and maintain regular communication, most surprises can be avoided.

I began my accounting career with MGO in 2008 and found my true passion in the State and Local Government field. I also serve as a Board Member of the Association of Governmental Accountants (AGA) Silicon Valley Chapter, where I help support training on timely, relevant issues impacting governmental organizations.
