With a focus on the state and local government sector, I deliver high-quality assurance services tailored to the complex reporting and compliance requirements of public entities. I manage large and complex government audits, navigate technical matters such as GASB pronouncements, and oversee the preparation and compilation of financial statements across all areas of government accounting. By combining technical depth with disciplined execution, I help my government organization clients to meet their reporting obligations with confidence.

I work with both public and private sector clients, offering assurance, accounting, and consulting services. My background includes direct experience with audits and reviews of state and local governments, airports, single audits, and compliance engagements. I also bring extensive experience under the Single Audit Act, and I regularly provide both formal and informal training to MGO professionals, other CPA firms, and clients to strengthen their understanding and execution of single audit requirements.

I bring my experience and knowledge not only to the engagements I lead, but also to the teams I guide. I represent MGO’s foundation of “Paying Attention to the Details” in how I serve my clients, and I strive to instill the same standard of precision and accountability in my team members.

Beginning my career in 2001, I worked at a small national firm before joining MGO, where I have continued to focus on delivering rigorous, detail-oriented assurance services to my government clients.
