I specialize in public and private equity, debt financing, and in applying IFRS.
I have been primarily focused on the cannabis industry since the opening of the California market and I am proud to have led some of the largest transactions in the history of the sector. I work with leading multi-state operators, promising startups, leading tech and ancillary service providers, investment groups, and everyone in-between.
