Maryam has more than 13 years of experience advising on a wide range of U.S. and international clients. She routinely consults on structuring and implementation of cross-border transactions related to international mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, global reorganizations, and new investment platforms. Maryam also provides planning and related deal modeling regarding global cash tax exposures, repatriation planning and related structuring. She also advises on non-U.S. tax jurisdictions involving local rulings, capitalization limits and anti-avoidance matters.
Prior to joining MGO LLP, Maryam was a director in the Big-4 and served middle market clients at another mid-market accounting firm.
