I bring my experience from serving in a client service role for 10 years where I served as a strategic adviser to clients in the areas of tax planning and compliance. I have helped pave the way for the firm’s growth and success nationally, improving internal operations, processes, and procedures for the national tax practice. My responsibilities include innovation and technology (managing the tech stack), staff resource management (resource allocation, scheduling, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training), financial management, and client management. I am also responsible for managing the integration of tax practices, including ones through mergers and acquisitions. In addition to my contribution to the firm’s operations, I am also active in business development.
I’m fluent in Farsi, which is spoken by more than 100 million people worldwide.
