[SACRAMENTO] - July 11, 2007 - Macias Gini & O'Connell LLP (MGO), a statewide certified public accounting and management consulting firm with offices in Sacramento, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and San Diego, announces the recent hiring of Stephen Daniels as Audit Director. 

 

Stephen Daniels, CPA, CVA, CM&A is an assurance professional in MGO’s northern California practice. With 25 years of experience, Stephen has been responsible for delivering audit and consulting services to a variety of industries, including high tech, manufacturing, construction, distribution, hospitality and retail. His experience includes SEC reporting and initial and secondary public offerings.

 

Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College. He is also a certified Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
