MGO Captures Two Gold in MarCom Awards
SACRAMENTO (December 2, 2008) - MarCom Awards announced winners for the 2008 international awards competition that recognizes outstanding creative achievement by marketing and communication professionals. There were over 5,000 entries from throughout the United States and several foreign countries in the 2008 competition. MGO received two gold awards as well as an honorable mention.
MarCom Awards entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers. A look at the winners shows a range in size from individual communicators to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies. The competition is so well respected in the industry that national public relations organizations, local ad clubs, and local business communicator chapters are entrants.
MGO received gold awards for its client testimonial ad campaign and the firm website, as well as an honorable mention for partner portraits taken by Kent Lacin of Kent Lacin Media Services in Sacramento, California.
