Macias Gini & O'Connell LLP (MGO) Adds Two New Partners
[SACRAMENTO, CA] – July 10, 2007 – David Bullock, CPA and Denise Callahan, MPA have been admitted to the Partnership of Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP (MGO), a leading certified public accounting and consulting firm with offices in Sacramento, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and San Diego.
David Bullock has 14 years of professional experience with an emphasis in service to the public sector, managing numerous financial and compliance audits for cities, counties and other large governmental entities in California. He is an expert in serving large municipal governments, retirement systems, transportation organizations and redevelopment agencies. He has also worked extensively on corporate assurance engagements and is a leader in the firm’s client training program. David will join Partner Cynthia Pon in overseeing and building the firm’s bay area public sector assurance practice.

Denise Callahan has over 20 years of experience assisting organizations in managing for results and improving efficiency. She has led Macias Consulting Group, MGO’s consulting division, in the achievement of over 1030% top-line growth since 2000. Formerly from the US Government Accountability Office, Denise applies expertise in performance, financial, and information management in serving for-profit entities and public sector organizations at all levels of government. Denise is also a frequent speaker in the business community and is on the adjunct faculty at the University of Southern California.
