Meet MGO’s Newest Partner
SACRAMENTO, CA (August 22, 2011) – Kathy Lai, CPA has joined the Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP (MGO) partnership. MGO is a leading certified public accounting and consulting firm with offices in Sacramento, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego.
Kathy has 12 years of professional experience working in a Big 4 public accounting firm where she served large, complex governmental entities, higher education institutions, school districts, utilities and not-for-profit organizations. Her experience includes managing the audits of the largest university system in the country and the fifth largest city in California. Kathy joins MGO’s public services group in Orange County.

Kathy is also a founding board member of the International Society of Filipinos in Finance and Accounting (ISFFA), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation whose primary goal is to assist, educate, train and mentor emerging professionals, both domestically and globally.
