Summary:

Under limited supervision of the Managing Partner, implements, directs, and monitors auditing policies, procedures, and standards. Leads professional and administrative staff including Directors, Senior Managers and Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Licenses:

  • CPA license in good standing
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent; Masters a plus

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years experience as a member of management (or equivalent experience as deemed appropriate by the Partners)
  • Exhibit superior technical compentence
  • Exhibit superior managerial abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in new client business
  • Demonstrated success in leading, motivating and developing subordinates
  • Strong interpersonal skills
