Career Development

The Envelopment of Development

Our recruiting policy is simple: Hire the best and brightest, train and teach them, give them the tools they need to succeed, and continue to foster their development. The result? Their growing skills, creativity and talent keep them passionate about public accounting and about our clients.

While many of our competitors are trying to be all things to all people, we embrace the fact that we're "just" boring accountants. Being boring accountants means we measure twice and cut once, we stay up all night figuring out the facts if we have to, we are efficient and intensely focused on client success. We know all the rules and regulations so they don't have to. We are constantly thinking about how they can execute their programs, products and services more efficiently.

Being boring accountants means we take our profession seriously, but not ourselves. If you get to know us you'll find out we're not really that boring; our goal is to make a difference in our profession and for our clients, to become trusted advisors who fully understand the wide range of assurance, tax and business management issues that are integral in business and financial health.

We encourage our employees to be so judicious, so knowledgeable and so innovative that they relentlessly provide ironclad information and results to our clients. At MGO, you will indeed learn to anticipate the unique windows of opportunity that each engagement presents.
