Application Process
Deadlines
We will accept resumes at all times throughout the year, though you may want to submit your application shortly before the respective due date. Following the application closing date, we will contact applicants to interview with Human Resources and a Manager/Partner. If you are selected for an internship, you will be notified approximately 30 days prior to the start of the internship period. Internships may be extended depending on our business needs and a student's availability.
Spring Internships:
December 31 -- Application deadline
February 28 -- Applicants interviewed & offers made
March to May -- Internship period
Summer Internships:
March 31 -- Application deadline
April 30 -- Applicants interviewed & offers made
June to August -- Internship period
Fall Internships (currently accepting applications for all MGO office locations):
July 31 -- Application deadline
August 31 -- Applicants interviewed & offers made
October to December -- Internship period
How To Apply
First, ensure that you have the following two items:
- A copy of your resume, and
- A cover letter, including answers to the following three questions:
- What do you hope to gain from your internship experience?
- Why do you think you would enjoy working at MGO?
- Why should we select you for an internship?

Because of the popularity of the internship program, any incomplete submissions will be automatically disqualified from consideration.
