Internships

Spend a semester or summer with MGO!

As an Audit Intern, you will.....

  • Be surrounded by a diverse group of people with the opportunity to develop lasting business relationships and even long-lasting friendships.
  • Work one-on-one with the partners, directors, and managers throughout the internship, giving you wide-ranging exposure to the public accounting field.
  • Learn that it is not all work and no play.....that accountants really do have fun!  At MGO we work in a culture that nurtures creativity, rewards innovation, and encourages professional growth, and at the same time have a little enjoyment.  We encourage voluntary social events, we bring in food during busy seasons, we go out together after work, and we organize team-building events.

Program Details

All of our internships are paid -- and last approximately 8-12 weeks.  We offer internships during three sessions: Spring semester, Summer, and Fall semester (note: not all MGO offices may have available internships each session).  Depending on your school schedule, you will work between 20-40 hours per week. Our rotating internship program offers you the flexibility of finding out what interests you. If you know what specific area of the business you want to pursue, we can arrange to have you work exclusively within that practice.  Here's what your internship schedule would look like, depending on office location:
